Intensive Vitamin C is a medical-grade antioxidant cream built around tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate (BVOSC), a stable, oil-soluble vitamin C that actually gets into the skin, with shiitake mushroom and licorice extracts to brighten, lighten and protect.
That form of vitamin C has antioxidant, whitening, collagen-synthesis, UV-protection, MMP-inhibition, collagen-protection and DNA-protection properties. Nonapeptide-1 helps prevent tyrosine production in the melanocytes, which inhibits melanin synthesis and evens tone by lessening hyperpigmentation. Shiitake mushroom extract is an excellent moisturizer and a powerful antioxidant, rich in eight essential amino acids. Gigawhite, a blend of seven alpine plants, reduces the intensity of age spots.
