She blends her expertise with a holistic perspective, creating personalized treatments that promote natural enhancement, well-being, and lasting results, ensuring every client feels cared for and confident.
Andy DuBois, ND // Naturopathic Services
My mission as a Naturopathic Doctor is to provide safe, patient-focused health care which addresses the root cause of disease. My practice is centered around attentive listening, comprehensive case taking and individualized treatments which embody the core naturopathic principles. My vision is to shift my patients’ dependence from perpetual symptom management to health promotion and restoration on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels so they can live their most vibrant lives.
Toni Torelli // Hair Restoration
Toni Torelli, owner of Boho Roots by Toni, is a Forbes trained & former Senior Stylist at Salon Encore Boston Harbor. In conjunction with The North Shore Laser Center, Toni is leading the way in hair restoration. Using our proprietary collagen infused with Exosomes that are generously applied to the scalp and deeply permeated using the Collaginzer NEO. Toni’s goal is to transform your look and confidence as she bridges the gap between beauty and science.
Melissa Shefshick // Collagen Connection Products
Melissa joined the North Shore Laser Center’s family in 2021 as a business partner to Patricia with their brand, Collagen Connection. Melissa, who is a self-professed skin care enthusiast quickly became intrigued by the effectiveness of laser technology. Melissa is trained and certified in Candela Gentlemax, Candela Profound Matrix, Exceed Professional Skin Pen Microneedling System, the Collagenizer Neo and the Zimmer for shockwave therapy.
Betsy Cronin // Nurse Practitioner
Betsy Cronin, APRN is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience. With a background in primary care, she is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach and commitment to safe, evidence-based care.
In 2024, Betsy expanded her practice into aesthetic medicine, specializing in neuromodulator treatments. She has a refined eye for natural balance and focuses on enhancing each patient’s features while maintaining a refreshed, authentic look. Patients appreciate her gentle technique, attention to detail, and the time she takes to ensure every treatment plan feels comfortable, personalized, and results-driven.
Joining North Shore Laser Center is especially meaningful to Betsy, as her family has trusted the practice for several years. She is excited to now be part of the team and to provide patients with the same level of exceptional care and beautiful, natural results that first drew her to the practice.
